Disclaimer: Eligibility Requirements
Enrollment in any SolRx program requires students to meet specific educational prerequisites relevant to their chosen course. All participants must confirm that they hold the appropriate credentials — such as a Pharmacy degree or a Pharmacy Technician diploma from a recognized institution.
Proof of graduation must be submitted to vsolrx@gmail.com or solrxplus@gmail.com before the course start date to finalize enrollment. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in delayed enrollment or removal from the program without refund.
1. Course Enrollment
1.1 Course Name
The student is enrolling in one or more of the following SolRx programs: Pharmacist OSCE / MCQ / OSPE / Technician MCQ Preparation.
1.2 Course Start Date
The course will begin on the date of registration or as specified in the enrollment confirmation email.
1.3 Course Validity
Access to course materials is valid for seven (7) months from the start date. Extensions may be granted for an additional period upon request, subject to mutually agreed fees.
2. Course Fees and Payment
2.1 Course Fees
Students agree to pay the course fees as outlined in their enrollment package or official communication from SolRx.
2.2 Payment Schedule
All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Late Payment
SolRx reserves the right to apply late payment charges or suspend access to materials for overdue payments in accordance with the terms stated at registration.
3. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
3.1 Ownership of Course Materials
All course materials — including lectures, notes, documents, handouts, video recordings, and digital resources — remain the exclusive property of SolRx Inc. These materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
3.2 Authorized Use
Students may access course materials solely for personal, educational use during their enrollment period.
Reproduction, distribution, recording, resale, or public sharing of any course material — in whole or in part — without written permission from SolRx is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of course access and/or legal action.
4. Student Conduct
4.1 Code of Conduct
All students are expected to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and integrity. Disruptive behavior, harassment, plagiarism, or unethical activity within SolRx’s learning environment will not be tolerated.
4.2 Academic Responsibility
Students are solely responsible for completing all assignments, assessments, and participation requirements as outlined by the course schedule. SolRx provides guidance and support but does not guarantee exam outcomes or licensure results.
5. Termination, Refunds, and Extensions
5.1 Termination by SolRx
SolRx reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions, misconduct, or non-compliance with course policies. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
5.2 Refund Policy
Students who withdraw after receiving any course materials (including books, PDFs, or class recordings) are eligible for a 20% refund of the total course fees, regardless of the stage of completion.
5.3 Course Postponement and Extensions
- Students who wish to postpone their enrollment to a later term will be charged an administrative fee equal to 50% of the original course fee.
- To extend access to materials for an additional season (6 months), students may purchase an extension for $599 + applicable taxes, which includes:
- Continued access to video recordings
- Inclusion in mentor WhatsApp groups
- Access to new or updated study materials
- Note: Extensions do not include live or onsite class attendance.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
6.1 Personal Information
SolRx collects, stores, and uses student information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data may be used for communication, course administration, certification, and record-keeping purposes only.
By enrolling, students consent to SolRx contacting them via email, phone, or messaging platforms for academic and administrative updates.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the student and SolRx Inc. regarding course participation and supersedes any previous written or oral agreements.
9. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
